Planning questions
When should production start?
Earlier is better for venue holds, vendor calendars, and rehearsal time. Share your preferred date and program outline and we will outline a realistic timeline.
Do you handle fundraising strategy?
No. Your development team owns fundraising strategy and gift processing unless a different role is explicitly contracted. We coordinate the production environment around that program.
Can you work with our existing vendors?
Yes. Many galas already have preferred caterers, florists, or AV partners. We define handoffs so the evening still runs as one production.
