Event Pros LA (“we”) collects information you submit when you contact us or start a project through this website.
What we collect. Name, email, phone (optional), company, event type, city or venue, timing, budget range, and the details you write in your brief. The guided Event Brief may also include a preferred meeting type and time if you choose to schedule one.
How we use it. We use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss production support, and keep an internal record of the request. Inquiries are emailed to adee@eventprosla.com via our website form delivery service. A self-hosted inquiry.php endpoint is prepared for hosts that support PHP POST.
What we do not do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not put inquiry fields into page URLs. We do not use inquiry message text as advertising analytics content.
Retention. We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond and manage related projects, then delete or archive them according to ordinary business practice.
Your requests. To access, correct, or ask us to delete inquiry information we hold about you, email adee@eventprosla.com.
